Irving is not one search. Decide the pocket first:
Las Colinas / 75038–75039 — jobs, Urban Center, condos and houses, DART Orange Line in play
Valley Ranch / 75063 — northwest, often the Coppell comparison, watch the ISD
Central and south Irving / 75060–75062 — older housing, more attainable prices, usually Irving ISD
Most of the city is Irving ISD. Northwest streets can be Coppell ISD or Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD. We verify before you offer.
I live in Carrollton. If DFW Airport or the Las Colinas offices are the purchase, we shop Irving. If you want a small suburb and one district on every rooftop, I will say Coppell or Carrollton may fit better.
