Sell Your Home in Frisco, Texas

Updated September 2026 by Sherien Joyner, Carrollton REALTOR®, GRI

If you are selling in 75033, 75034, 75035, or 75036, you need comps from your zip and your street — not seven reasons to list today.

I live in Carrollton and list in Frisco. The first step is a pricing range from nearby sold homes, then a plan for photos, showings, and net proceeds.

What Frisco sellers should know in 2026

Frisco buyers pay for newer homes and a growing city. They compare you to the same zip, not to a DFW average.

Many closings have sat in the mid-$600,000s. 75035 can run a little lower than 75033 / 75034. A west-Frisco list price on the wrong street will sit.

We price from the last 3–6 nearby sales, the zip, the HOA, and condition. Bring the address.

Frisco is not one listing

75035

This is often the more affordable part of Frisco. Updates still make a big difference in price.

75033 / 75034

These core Frisco zips usually sell for more. I check the HOA rules and dues before we set a price.

75036

West Frisco has a lot of newer homes. Not every 75036 address is inside Frisco city limits, so I confirm the city before we pick a list price.

How I list a Frisco home

  1. Walkthrough and comps
  2. Prep that pays
  3. Launch with photos and copy written for this zip
  4. Showings and offers
  5. Contract to close

What to fix before we list

Usually worth it: curb, leaks, dead HVAC, unsafe items, paint if the house is dark.
Often not: a luxury kitchen you will not recoup in 60 days.

Many Frisco sellers are moving to a one-story, Plano, or Carrollton. We can line up both.
