I once had a client who needed to sell their home fast. The home was beautiful but the owners had painted a few walls in their kitchen to go with the look of their kitchen island. 

Some of the hardware on the cabinets were outdated as well. We transformed their outdated kitchen with a fresh coat of paint and added new hardware to the cabinets and drawers. It made the whole house feel more modern and resulted in a much quicker sale that sold above the asking price in less than 7 days.

They got more then their original asking price because of the intense marketing plan generated awareness from all over the Dallas, Fort Worth area, and we received multiple offers.

I was able to have their home under contract within the week. We had multiple offers above the asking price. They were moving into their new home within 3 weeks.

My client was very happy client they got the best deal out of all the offers.
